Nuveena's limited role

Nuveena, Ltd provides technology, education, administrative coordination, and access to independent licensed medical providers and licensed pharmacies. Nuveena is not a medical practice, pharmacy, prescriber, insurer, or emergency service. Providers exercise independent professional judgment; pharmacies independently dispense and fulfill valid prescriptions. Nuveena does not direct diagnosis, prescribing, compounding, or dispensing.

No guarantee of treatment or product

Submitting information does not create a clinician-patient relationship, guarantee provider acceptance, guarantee a prescription, or guarantee pharmacy fulfillment. A licensed provider determines clinical appropriateness. A pharmacy may decline or delay fulfillment based on law, availability, prescription validity, safety, or professional judgment.

Not emergency care

Do not use the site for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for urgent or life-threatening symptoms. The platform is not continuously monitored.

Accurate information and lawful use

You agree to provide accurate information, not impersonate another person, not seek products for resale or diversion, not interfere with security, and not use the site in violation of law.

Medical and product information

General content is educational and not medical advice. Product descriptions, research references, and biological-pathway discussions do not establish safety, efficacy, regulatory approval, or appropriateness for you. Follow only instructions from your licensed provider and dispensing pharmacy.

Third parties

Independent providers, pharmacies, laboratories, and other third parties are responsible for their own professional services, acts, omissions, licenses, policies, fees, and legal compliance. Links do not imply endorsement.

Intellectual property

Nuveena names, marks, designs, copy, artwork, and site content are owned by or licensed to Nuveena. You may use the site only for personal, noncommercial purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nuveena does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, product availability, or a particular health outcome. Nothing excludes a warranty, patient right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted, Nuveena is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use.

Disputes and California law

These Terms are governed by California law. Before filing a non-urgent dispute, send written notice describing the issue and requested resolution to Nuveena and allow 30 days for an informal response. Nothing restricts protected complaints to regulators or professional boards. Venue lies in courts serving Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Future revisions and surviving terms

We may revise these Terms for future site use and will identify the effective version on the page. If a court finds one portion unenforceable, that portion will be narrowed only as much as necessary; the balance of the Terms will remain in effect.
