What we collect and why.

This notice is provided at or before collection of personal information through Nuveena's public website. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
Categories collected
- Identifiers: name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address if provided.
- Commercial and inquiry information: requested updates, relationship type, and professional interest.
- Internet activity: referral source, IP address, browser, device, and site interactions.
- Consent and communication data: opt-in selection, form version, submission date and time, and opt-out status.
- Sensitive information: Nuveena does not request health information through the public interest form. Do not include it.
Purposes
We collect these categories to respond to requests; send consented communications; connect eligible users with independent providers or pharmacies when requested; operate, secure, and improve the site; attribute campaigns; prevent misuse; maintain consent and suppression records; and comply with law.
Retention
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for these purposes, including legally required consent, opt-out, security, and dispute records.
Sale and sharing
Nuveena does not sell personal information for money and does not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If practices change, we will update notices and provide required choices before the change applies.
